- Replace Duck hide-a-bed (queen)
- Replace Birch hide-a-bed (twin)
- Birch "interior redesign"
- Repair worst dock sections (1 or 2)
- Repair/replace tool shed window facing lake
- Fix Peg landing/stairs
- Scrape/paint at least lake-side cabin exteriors
- Replace Duck ceiling insulation (Roxul?)
- Replace Lodge bathroom insulation
- Take all fabric curtains, blankets, rugs, mattress pads to the laundromat
- Gut the lodge
- Tear the paneling off the beams
- Remove paneling selectively around problem areas
- kitchen corner by the fridge
- leaking place by the chimney
